Building a high performance organisation

This model was developed after over 10 years of experience in working with and researching many good and not so good companies. It was also part of a 2 year Masters Thesis at Stellenbosch Graduate School of Business (USB)

We distilled this reasearch into 30 Transformative questions (T30) that would significantly shift an organisation to high performance.  These questions are spread across the 6 dimensions of the model below, with a predominance in the leadership “bubble”
